France or Spain for Student Exchange?
Basically, which one should i go to? if you have been there, tell me a little about the country. the bad stuff and the good stuff please :) im sorta in the middle of making a Pro/Con list so yeah :) thankyou

i'm going to france this year. and, well, i chose france because i looove the language, the culture, the fashion, and last but not least, paris.
