Is it true that Spain offer immigration and citizenship to foreign students.Please explain in detail.

NO, they don't, whoever told you that has dis-informed you. However if u finish degree & find job & work for 5 years then u get permanent residence in Spain. Once u have PR for 5 years then u can apply for citizenship provided if u pass language & culture test successfully.

Spain does offer student exchanges. The citizenship part is after the fact. They allow immigrants with degrees yes. You can not apply while a student until your degree is almost completed and a company has given you an offer of employment based on your graduation.
