Can I get into Spain with a German Visa?
I am an American student in Spain. I have been here for 6 months with no problems, but I want to travel to Edinburgh, Scotland. If I leave, will I have any issues getting back into Spain or will my German Visa still be enough?

Your Schengen Visa should be fine, provided that it is a) valid and b) a MULTI ENTRY visa... best to check with border control as you leave, they are usually quite helpful, or alternatively they may throw you in jail :)
